Repeated short trailing AAC parts at live segment boundaries

Reproduction for hls.js PR #8055. Synthetic 48 kHz AAC audio: four 23-frame parts, followed by the selected tail. The original tail contains one frame (21.333 ms). The four-frame option increases it to 85.333 ms, below the default 100 ms buffer-hole threshold.

At each boundary, the playlist update reveals the short tail and the next segment together. The player must request the tail first. Updates follow the media clock, so you can watch the skipped count increase during playback.

With default settings in Chrome, the 234.667 ms tail is recovered after its initial bypass. The 21.333 ms and 85.333 ms tails remain unrequested. The duration counter measures missing requests; it does not measure audio/video sync drift.
